The Friendship Agreement
§ 10.1 If it turns out that Friend #2 violates any part of this treaty, it doesn`t matter – Friend #2 can go on and destroy Friend`s life #1 as if their friendship had never meant anything. Friend #1 accept to be sad forever and never to forgive friend, #2. § 5.1 Both parties agree that friendships cannot be unilateral. Friendships must be based on mutual concern and loyalty. So if Friend #2 is an idiot, you`d better believe that Friend #1 will talk about it and throw it directly on Friend #2`s face. Read here about the second agreement and friendship! When I first read The Four Accords in 2017 and came across this phrase “Be impeccable with your word,” I thought I could move on to the second chord. I thought, “I`m not lying. I am honest and I always tell the truth. This agreement, however, is much deeper than these concepts of lies, truths and honesty. Recently, I have shared my own struggles and joys with the process of being a friend. In addition, I have reflected on the issue of friendship with my community in IG surveys, conversations over coffee, meetings with clients, in my therapist`s office, etc.

As Leonard feels insomniac because of Sheldon, Leonard is not in the mood to drive Sheldon to the dental office, in accordance with the roommate agreement. As such, Leonardo is willing to invoke what Sheldon tells him, clause 209 of the agreement, namely that the agreement is broken, that they are no longer friends and that their only formal responsibility for the payment of rent, the payment of incidentals and the superficial “sup” when they pass in front of the other in the corridor. Sheldon is just as consensé. Sheldon, however, may change his mind if no one in his social circle, not even Amy, seems willing to take on the tasks Leonard accomplished earlier. Sheldon tries to show Leonard that he needs him as a friend, while Leonard really doesn`t object to Sheldon doing these little favors, but he wants them not to be an obligatory part of their relationship. Meanwhile, Raj noticed that all of Howard`s astronauts have cool nicknames while Howard doesn`t.
As Howard says. In addition, I understand that the words I say to myself, the words I use to describe and refer to my experience of the world, are important. . . .
